Metrostone Molding Options

When it comes to the finishing details for your new Metrostone floor, Metroflor has you covered with coordinating waterproof moldings. Metrostone waterproof moldings are wrapped with the same decorative film as our flooring and, just as in nature, there may be shading and pattern variations from piece to pieces. Because of this, it is recommended to pre-match the flooring pieces which will be installed next to the moldings and set these aside prior to beginning.

Transition Metrostone flooring to a lower surface.

Quarter Round
Covers exposed expansion gap between the floor and wall.

T-Molding
Transition Metrostone flooring to a surface of the same height.

 

Square Nose
Transition flooring to a vertical surface or where Metrostone flooring ends. (examples: doors, thick tile, carpet, hearth)

Flush Stair Nose
Used on stair tread edges.

Overlap Stair Nose
Used only in step down applications. (example: step down to a sunken living area)
